Sulwhasoo offers completely free shipping for all orders.
The current shipping partner is Giao Hàng Nhanh. Delivery time is during working days (Monday - Friday), and the delivery staff will contact you by phone before delivery. Orders placed on weekends will be packed and shipped the following Monday.
The shipping company will attempt to deliver the package to the recipient three (3) times before notifying a failed delivery, and the customer will be responsible for paying the new shipping fee for the next delivery attempt. Delivery to remote areas (such as high mountains or islands), during major sales, holidays, and bad weather may extend the delivery time by at least three (3) additional working days.

View and Joint Inspection:
Orders at vn.sulwhasoo.com will be subject to the “Unboxing and joint inspection before receiving” policy. Accordingly, customers are encouraged to open the package to check the external appearance of the product(*) before fully paying the delivery staff. For orders that have been jointly inspected and found defective but no complaint was made to the delivery staff, Sulwhasoo regrets that it cannot support returns.
(*) You are only allowed to check the external appearance of the product to see if it matches what you ordered? Whether the quantity and color match the description? Whether the product is broken or dented during transportation? The inspection does not include opening the product’s seal (which affects the seal sticker, product packaging, etc.) or deep inspection (such as trying the product, etc.).
In case the customer does not perform joint inspection upon receipt, Sulwhasoo encourages customers to take photos of the package when receiving it from the delivery staff and record a video of the package opening process as evidence in case of future disputes.
Customers are kindly requested to refuse to receive the package if it shows signs of being wet, torn, dented, not intact, or if the recipient information is incorrect. For orders that have been paid, Sulwhasoo will process refunds within 7 to 45 working days (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays) after confirming the order has been validly returned.
If you are not satisfied or have issues with the received product, you can file a complaint to Sulwhasoo through the website vn.sulwhasoo.com; Sulwhasoo Vietnam Facebook fanpage https://www.facebook.com/SulwhasooVietNam or hotline/email within 24 hours from the time of receipt. Please note, after this period, Sulwhasoo will not support any other complaint cases.
Delivery unsuccessful:
Orders that fail delivery 3 times will be automatically returned to Sulwhasoo's warehouse and cannot be restored. For paid orders, Sulwhasoo will process refunds within 7 to 45 working days (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays) after confirming the order has been validly returned.
Unable to deliver: The order has been handed over to the shipping unit but cannot be delivered due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, ...) in the delivery area, the order will be automatically returned to Sulwhasoo's warehouse and cannot be restored. For paid orders, Sulwhasoo will process refunds within 7 to 45 working days (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays) after confirming the order has been validly returned.

REFUND POLICY
For orders that have been prepaid but refused upon receipt according to Section 3 or orders that were not successfully delivered according to Sections 4 and 5 in the SHIPPING POLICY, Sulwhasoo will refund the payment through the same method you used to pay or via bank account. Shipping fees will be refunded as reward points to the ordering account you used on the vn.sulwhasoo.com website.
The refund procedure will be carried out after Sulwhasoo receives the returned package and confirms the package is valid for a refund. The refund time will be from 7 to 45 working days (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays), depending on the specific regulations of each card-issuing bank.
1. Bank Account/Domestic ATM Card: 7 to 14 working days.
2. Credit Card/Debit Card (Visa/Master/JCB): 7 to 45 working days.
