Sulwhasoo only conducts sales and deliveries within Vietnam. We do not ship to P.O. boxes and international addresses.

Sulwhasoo offers free shipping for all orders.

The current shipping partner is Giao Hàng Nhanh. Delivery time is on business days (Monday - Friday), and the delivery staff will contact you by phone before delivering the package. Orders placed on the weekend will be packaged and shipped on the following Monday.

  • For orders delivered to Ho Chi Minh City: if placed today, the order will be delivered within a maximum of five (5) working days.
  • For orders delivered to provincial and city centers, the shipping time may be extended by three (3) to five (5) working days.
  • For orders delivered to suburban areas and other remote regions, the maximum shipping time is an additional six (6) working days.

The shipping company will attempt to deliver the goods to the recipient three (3) times before notifying that the delivery has failed, and the customer will have to bear the cost of a new shipping fee for the next delivery. Deliveries to remote and isolated areas (such as high mountains or islands), or during major sales events, holidays, and bad weather may take at least three (3) additional working days.

  •  Inspection and Joint Verification:

    Orders at vn.sulwhasoo.com will be subject to the policy of "Unboxing and joint inspection before receiving the goods." Accordingly, customers are encouraged to open the package to check the appearance of the product(*) before fully paying the delivery staff. For orders that have been jointly inspected and found to have defects but were not reported to the delivery staff, Sulwhasoo regrets that it cannot assist with returns.
    (*) You are only allowed to check the external appearance of the product to see if it matches what you ordered. Does the quantity and color match the description? Is the product broken or damaged during transportation? The inspection will not include opening the product's seal (which affects the sealing label, product packaging, etc.) or in-depth checks (such as testing, etc.).

    In case the customer does not perform a joint inspection upon receiving the goods, Sulwhasoo encourages customers to take a photo of the package when receiving it from the delivery staff and to record a video of the unboxing process as evidence in case of any disputes later.

    Customers are pleased to refuse to accept goods when they discover that the package shows signs of being wet, torn, dented, not intact, or incorrect recipient information. For paid orders, Sulwhasoo will process the refund within 7 to 45 working days (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays) after confirming that the order has been returned validly.

    If you are not satisfied or have issues with the received product, you can file a complaint to Sulwhasoo through the website vn.sulwhasoo.com; the Sulwhasoo Vietnam Facebook fanpage https://www.facebook.com/SulwhasooVietNam or hotline/email within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please note that after this period, Sulwhasoo will not support any other complaint cases.

  •  Delivery unsuccessful:

    Orders that are not successfully delivered after 3 attempts will be automatically returned to the Sulwhasoo warehouse and cannot be restored. For paid orders, Sulwhasoo will process the refund within 7 to 45 business days (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays) after confirming that the order has been returned validly.

  • Delivery cannot be made: The order has been handed over to the carrier but cannot be delivered due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, ...) in the delivery area, the order will be automatically returned to the Sulwhasoo warehouse and cannot be restored. For paid orders, Sulwhasoo will process the refund within 7 to 45 working days (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays) after confirming that the order has been returned validly.

    REFUND POLICY

    • For orders that have been prepaid but are refused according to Section 3 or orders that are not successfully delivered according to Sections 4 and 5 in the DELIVERY POLICY, Sulwhasoo will refund the goods through the same method you used for payment or via bank account. The shipping fee will be refunded in reward points to the order account you used on the website vn.sulwhasoo.com.
      The refund process will be initiated after Sulwhasoo receives the returned package and confirms that the package is valid for a refund. The refund time will be from 7 to 45 business days (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays), depending on the specific regulations of each issuing bank.
