GENERAL TERMS

• For every 10,000 VND spent at Sulwhasoo, customers receive the equivalent of 1 SWS point.

• "Reward points can only be redeemed for products or services of Sulwhasoo on the official Sulwhasoo website." vn.sulwhasoo.com

• The gifts in the redemption program will vary depending on availability, and Sulwhasoo reserves the right to substitute any item with a gift of equivalent value.

• Loyalty points must be used within 12 months from the date of enrollment and cannot be transferred to the next membership year.

• After redeeming loyalty points, those points are considered used and may not be refunded to the member's account.

• "After converting points, the selection of gifts cannot be modified or changed to gifts in a different membership tier. Member gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other products and/or for cash."

• The birthday point gift is limited to once for each customer and is only valid during the customer's birthday month.

• Points and privileges are non-transferable and can only be used by the member.

• Sulwhasoo reserves the right to modify the terms & conditions of the Sulwhasoo Membership Program without prior notice.

How to exchange points and accumulate points

+ Click on Rewards in the top right corner of the screen

+ Log in with account

+ Click on Earn Point to see how to earn points

+ Click on Get Rewards to redeem points

+ Select the product corresponding to the points, select REDEEM to exchange for a gift

How to pay with points for gifts worth 0Đ

+ After REDEEM, the system will send the discount code to the account.

+ Select check out to pay for the gift 0Đ

Check remaining points

+ After the points are exchanged, the system will automatically deduct them, and you can check your balance.

+ In addition, the system will also notify the Discount Codes that you can use.
